My Approach

I provide a non-judgemental, safe space for adults affected by ADHD, to understand and capitalise on their strengths and develop practical strategies to overcome any ADHD challenges they may face in their day-to-day life. Using a client-led approach we work together to identify what is most problematic for you or the goal you would like to work on.

I can help you understand what ADHD is and specifically how it manifests for in your life. I will help you to identify your strengths and to implement practical strategies to minimise any negative impact you are experiencing.

I will work in step with any other helping professionals you may be seeing to actually help you focus on and implement the changes necessary in your day-to-day life you identify. The process is led by you so we can identify goals and specific strategies and tactics you can use to achieve them as well as support you through the process.

I was not diagnosed with ADHD until my 50s so I can relate to how it feels to receive an ADHD diagnosis as a mature adult (well-mature-ISH). This also means I have developed a keen sense of humour along the way (despite the anxiety and depression) so we can also occasionally have some laughs together at my lame jokes.
